So far

It has just occured to me that some people may not know who my characters are when i talk about them. Now I know that I'm probably the only one who knows what I'm talking about right now so i'll let you all in on the secret.

Our Main Characters

Cat Rose- I can't say she's a heroine because well she kinda steals things and kills people for a living but she's who some (if not most) of my stories are about. She's also known as : Arialla La Luna, Black Rose, Rose Ceres, Rose, "The Angel of Death" and there are some others but I can't remember the right now.

Tyler Fickley- He's Cat's twin brother, now I can't really explain Ty. The best I can think of is that when I started my stories I felt that Cat needed something to make her human, Ty is my answer to that, he can fight just as well as Cat but prefers not to, instead Ty uses his heart and his head to make his choices. He also goes by Dr Fickley, Prof and Ty Rose

Vee Meadows- Ty's fiancees cousin, Vee is an Elven Merc, his people have been Warriors for longer than he'll ever know, his grandmother (one of my favourite characters) is Lady Linora and she raised him and his cousin. Vee has a strong snse of duty and I know that at times he makes Cat want to hit him. Vee is just called Vee.

Nathalie Greer- Ty's fiancee, Nat is very mellow and hard to upset, she loves Ty and Vee and Cat and would do anything for them. She's a bio-engineer and is amazing at her work. She was once captured- along with Ty and it was only thanks to Cat and Vee that they survived and escaped.

I hate trying to get a job it's horrible all of the questions and if thats not bad enough if you don't get the job you have to go through all that hard work all over again, searching and searching finally getting a glimmer of hope only to have it crash around you.

But enough ranting, really, enough.

Here since I've really got nothing else to do I'll put something on for you.



The rain poured down un-noticed a slight girl stood in the middle of the street, opposite a tall house fulled with raging flames. Rain was pouring down yet the house burned on. A boy watched the girl water pouring from her. Dripping down her face, for a minute he'd thought he saw a tear escape then the rain began and he thought to himself, just the rain, after Cat doesn't cry. Not for anything.

Life, Cat had found, was rarely fair; as she stood watching the house slowly burn she sighed, she had been on her way to warn the occupants that He was on to them, she'd been going to tell them to run. To help them get out. Now they were gone, and she was filled with guilt. More so than usual.
Behind her she heard Lonny shift anxiously. Before she could turn and tell him not to worry, another portion of the house caved in and the firemen gave a great shout. She turned away unable to watch any more. For a moment her eyes met Lonny's but befoe he could read the guilt in her gaze she looked away. "Let's go. We have work to do."
"Cat?"
"Just leave it alone Lonny, leave it alone."

Wooo Back to the Future One Two and Three!!!! I love love love these movies. I also like this song that goes to the melody of piano man, the picture is from the video. It goes with the lines "He's wearing that dumb power rangers mask, but he's scarier without it on." If you check the list of songs you'll se that I like the original song as well. Speaking now of songs that have been changed for the originals heres a list: Like a Surgeon- From Madonna's Like a Virgin, Spiderman "Ode to a Superhero"- From Billy Joel's Piano man, Stars Wars American Pie- From Don McCleans American Pie.

Now that we've enjoyed that I have something else that I find hilarious, oh and also Happy Mothers Day to all those mothers out there.

I'm putting some pictures on that I think will look great as some places in my world Chimera . They're pictures of lakes and river I can't remember which is which now. that can't be good. The one in the middle is Waikaremoan Lake, which if you've read my previous post you know is near my home, not near as in right by my house but near as in like a suburb

Hello, hello ,well reading my previous blog post has led me to decide to make a list of places I think people should go and I'll write reasons why too.

Okay here we go!!! Ooh I'm tingling with excitement.

1)Wairoa (and not just because its my hometown), Hawkes Bay New Zealand- if you aren't from NZ then you're gonna have a lot of problems finding hell even if you are from here your gonna have problems, Wairoa is a tiny little town fulled with culture and history. The mainstreet is righ next to the Wairoa River (full name Wairoahopupuhongengematangirau. I know its a mouthful) the museaum is home to things from local artists and full to the brim with history and information, there a re many local buisnesses though if you want a KFC chicken burger you'll have to go to Gisborne which is our closest city, if you drive out of wairoa by about twenty minutes you'll come to the Morere Hot Springs, there you can relax and then go for a hike and return to a barbeque dinner (word to the wise though bring bug spray) If you turn the other way at the intersection however you'll find your self at Waikaremoana- or the Lake as locals call it, before you get there you'll pass Tuai, where my Blonde friend lives on her farm. At Waikaremoana you can hire out a canoe or a kayak and paddle arond the Lake or you could go for a scenic tour or a tramp around the lake.

2)Next we have the beautiful Island of Crete, the largest of the Greek Islands, a beautiful island that (if you're up to date on your greek history) you'll know was the centre of the Minoan Civilistation, as well as once being the home to King Minos who was the king who wished that everything he touched would turn to gold then, after not being able to eat or drink and turning his daughter into a statue, pleaded with the god who gave it to him Dionysus (god of excess; so like the ultimate frat boy) to take it away and undo all that he had done, the god agreed having taught Minos all about how bad greed is. Was also the home to the Minotaur, and the Labyrinth that Daedalus made to contain him, the one that his son (Icarus) got killed escaping and securing his legend.

3)Rome- home of the Gladiators, chariots and all that manly stuff, was the centre of the Universe while the Romans were in charge- they were the ones who threw Christians to lions and watche them get eaten just FYI. Named of course for Romulus one of the twins that fonded the city, when they decided to name it there was a bit of an arguement- one thwat ended with Remus' head lying at Romulus' feet. Kinda bloodthirsty. Is now the capital of Italy; built on seven hills- the Aventine Hill, the Caelian Hill, the Capitoline Hill, the Esquiline Hil, the Palatine Hill, the Quirinal Hill, and the Viminal Hill -don't ask me any of them mean I have no idea. Home also to St. Peters Basilica, which looks really pretty all lit up at night.

4) Ooh Venice- the city of canals- Also in Italy, the people of Venice were once called Lagoon dwellers--sorry folks busy- add more later

What Would You Do?

What would you do if you're Uncle decided to have a tournament to see who would win your hand? Would you dress up like a boy and fight? Would you give in and accept your fate? My main character decided to opt from option 1 she's never been on to sit around and let others do her job for her.

Now the competition has turned ugly with old enemies vying for her hand as well as new ones. My Question Will Cat ever be free to choose for herself and if she does will her Uncle accept her choice?

Preview of Chapter 1

Cat stared out from her window and sighed competitors had been turning up for days. Ever since her Uncle had annonced the Tournament. She turned as Viola entered the room "Well?"

Vi, used to her ubruptness ignored her long enough to put the old tomes she was holding down "As of three hours ago there are now fifty men- mostly foreign lords or such. Here to vye for your fair hand."

Cat rolled her eyes and started pacing again "Vi, Uncle said that I could choose someone to represent myself in this thing right?"

Viola look suspicious "Yes." She said slowly dragging the word out. Cat grinned in a very evil manner go and tell him, making sure to announce to everyone else too that I've chosen Chance Rorin as my Champion."

Viola stared at her "But Rose aren't you..."

"Exactly."
